Default New DLC: The Rise of Dhumm

I think a new DLC that would be good like BMP would be this. It could be a story book story and it tells about Dhumm. It goes through the entire story of Dhumm and Grenth. Anyone agree this would be a good idea? I would pay money for this.

Free updates also do this. And full expansions. Not 5 minute missions for 10 bucks.

For the person who asked, DLC = Downloadable Content, and no...please no more BMPs or DLCs. If they were going to implement anything like this, it damn well better be free...the BMP is the biggest rip-off in GW.

I feel like A.net already has plans for how to deal with the Dhumm situation.

Why not include it and not charge us something for a game that was released 4 years + ago.
If Sold you a vehicle......would you buy the steering wheel seperate?
maybe il sell you the seat belts a couple months after you buy the car.
Hell act now and ill include a gas tank.

If it were free and added as a incentive to draw more players then maybe a new zone which covers the lore of Dhumm - say finding artifacts or summin and say like uw/fow is an elite area then id say its a good idea.
But if theres a cost then no way.
And yes i agree the bmp is a waste - i got it free ages ago and only tried it 3x before i lost interest , didnt live up to the expectations anet gave us.

DLC only makes some games sexy, like for example Bethesda's DLC's made their RPGs a lot better. GW needs new campaigns because DLC's don't work out for the way the game is constructed.

I, for one, would actually like Dhuum DLC. Maybe they can re-use the catacombs map even? They should let us play as Grenth as he fights with Dhuum and our character helps out from the sidelines.
If it is only a few bucks, I would buy it. i bought the BMP and I love it.

@SimonSez:

DoA was already made at NF release. They just didn't know how to adjust the difficulty and they were grinding for a release date. Crunch time was not enough time

Oh really? I thought that it came out some time after NF release :P Oh well. I still think that new instances should be free gameupdates. And I sure want some.

DoA was also a core element in the marketing of Nightfall, not an add-on.

Not on the dev side it didn't. As with most things, it was simply unreleased at the time. But it was intended to be included with Nightfall.

Besides that, having to pay for an elite area? Way to make DoA more deserted..

/notsigned for two reasons:

1) We're pretty much getting the Dhuum story already
2) Anything less than an expansion pack isn't worth the 10 bucks.

However, new content is always a must, and we'll get it.

I'd love another expansion, and I'll pay for one, but although I loved the BMP, I don't think I'll redo it. Wiki will give me the lore I need there.

If it is free, why not just have an content update? Less work for the same exact thing. Illogical? Yes! Practical? No!

As long as I get a vile lair and armor for my horse I see no problem with a new DLC.
